Had a great time there last year. No issues that I can recall at all. Will certainly go visit again!!
The budget cabins are just that. Old and run down. Not the cleanest accommodation I've been to either. Bathroom was quite small and cramped. I would recommend something else. The facilities to the park were ok... Standard i guess. Our code to get out of the boomgates also stopped working one night and there was nobody available at reception or on the after hours line. Pretty poor
Close to the beach, reasonably sized pool, and within walking distance from some of the best fish and chips I've ever eaten. Great for camping with the family or on your own. Toilet facilities are near and clean with a family room for washing the little ones, and showers have lovely hot water.
Exceptional reception staff! Very kind people. Average campsite and amenities. The spa is an additional payment exclusive of entry costs. Close to the beach and shops. And this is a total lie.
Stayed there for 3 days. Economical stay (only $50 per night for tents). Good ecosystem where we can see kangaroos and rabbits a lot. Near to beach, river etc. Rock beach is an attraction also. Has got plenty of amenities (BBQ, public toilet/shower area, kitchens (Owen, microwave, fridge etc), kids play area, swimming pool, spa, trampoline, and much more). Awesome get away place. Has got limited wifi connection in the compound but never tried it so don't know how good it is. No fire allowed.
