Do not botherOne hour later - "we're still trying to locate a taxi" for a ride from Aireys to Anglesea. Sunday evening. No we can't say how long. We are trying to find a taxi in Colac. Seriously??
Booked cab and told 5mins, nothing after 1 hour called back and told 5-10 mins, still no cab, called again 2 hours after initial booking and told there is no cabs in our area and to try another company that is 1 hour away to see if they would do the job. Missed lunch booking because of there incompetence. Would appear company pick and choose which fairs to pick up but still except all bookings. Not happy.
I pre-booked a taxi twice at different times and they never ended up showing up, leaving us stranded in lorne. We constantly rang but they talked out of their culo and said "we will try our best" how is that acceptable?
Wish I could give this a zero star rating, called up a day in advance to pick us up from the Lorne Visitor centre at 2 o'clock. 2:30 comes around and no one to be seen. We give them a call and they say that its enroute. Another 15 minutes pass and we call again to where they them deny the existence of anyone being dispatched nor a booking to be placed and then saying no one is available. This happens and then wonder why the Taxi industry is failing...
Wish I could leave 0 StarsCalled 2:30 to book a 5:15pm cab to drive less than 4km away for a 5:30 reservation for dinner.Rang 5 times and by 6:30 decided me and partner to walk the 4kms instead.Horrible service, why offer bookings if no one will come, service desk put me through to a supervisor who tried to get someone but no one ever came and terrible follow up calls!You wonder why people use Uber and other new car services because 13CABS WONT GET YOU THERE
