Chicken was dry and tasted like it was reheated, could not eat it. Dont know how these people can run a business with the rude and aggressive staff, seems to be a common occurrence if you read other reviews.It was embarrassing to see how the staff treated paying customers and even amongst themselves. If youre a visitor to the area, give this place a miss and eat elsewhere!
Food is really, really good. The owner however knows absolutely nothing about customer service. Extremely rude and demeaning to his customers to the point that it negates any sort of redemption the food attempts to make.
Mr Jums wasn't overly chatty,I think that means he's busy caring about what he's doing,plus I look like a wierdo as well. But very decent birb for a decent price. On ya.
Wishing there was an option for 0 stars. Owner has been disgusting rude to me and my partner on multiple occasions. Also witnessed the owner being rude to his staff and other customers. I will never go there again, its unfortunate because they have great chips and gravy!
Was hungry late night, looking for a place to eat Anglesea. Came in without immediately realizing that the shop was closed. Owner comes out and abuses me verbally. It's an honest mistake and I did apologize but the guy went total mental, even followed me to my car. Honestly, weirdest interaction I have ever had with a human being. I dont know how this guy runs his business but he needs serious mental checkup. Couldnt rate the food because it was closed, but not wanting to go back to a place that abuses people for something trivial.If you are reading this mate, all you had to say was this: "mate we are closed". I would then apologize for disturbing your cleaning/closing procedure and just went on my way. But no, you went like an absolute disgusting animal to a prospective customer, hurling verbal abuse and inciting intimidation for an honest to goodness trivial mistake. Good luck in hospitality mate.Also if you all read the comments, the same sorry excuse of a human being running the show is pulling the reviews down with the food being only its saving grace. Somebody save those poor souls that work in there under this abusive monster.
